SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is in production, items are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times After fulfillment, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada & UK: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Please allow up to 4 weeks before contacting us about a delayed order.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
